From Boston Area
1. Massachusetts Turnpike to Exit 11A (Rt 495 N)
2. Rt 495 N to Rt 290 W
3. Rt 290 W to Rt 190 N
4. Rt 190 N to Exit 1 (Rt. 12 North/West Boylston Street North)
5. Go through 3 sets of lights (about 1.5 miles). You will pass Greendale
Mall, Quinsigamond College, McDonald’s, Dunkin Donuts. MAB (799 brick office
building named Seven Hills Professional Building) will be on your left.
6. Using street entrance, MAB is on same level. Using parking lot entrance, take
elevator to second floor.

From the North
1. Rt 2 to Rt 190 S to Exit 4 (Rt. 12 )
2. Turn right onto Rt. 12 (West Boylston Street).
3. Go approx.1.5 miles, passing through 3 sets of lights. MAB (799 brick office
building named Seven Hills Professional Building) will be on your right, just past
Wendy’s). Use large south parking lot just after building.
4. Using street entrance, MAB is on same level. Using parking lot entrance, take
elevator to second floor.

From South ( Rt. 146, Rt. 395, and/or Massachusetts Turnpike from
Springfield)
1. Rt 290 E to Rt 190 N
2. Follow 4‐6 From Boston Area above.
